Job Description

DuPont in Wilmington is currently looking for a Compliance Consultant/Training Coordinator with strong organizational, communication and people development skills to join our Corporate Ethics & Compliance Function. This individual will be responsible to strategically develop corporate, regional, and business specific ethics and compliance training goals and objectives using various training methodologies. They will also facilitate the implementation and maintenance of web-oriented and live ethics and compliance training.

In this position, you’ll work closely with all members of the Ethics & Compliance Group, Business and Function Ethics Champions as well as Regional Ethics Leader Groups to develop broad and focused training initiatives responsive to corporate, business, function and regional requirements.

Some of your activities will include :

  • Source and make recommendations on new compliance content to suit corporate, regional, and/or business-specific needs.
  • Manage customized compliance training materials in coordination with network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Manage content in multiple language translations and ensure translation accuracy.
  • Monitor feedback to improve future training content.
  • Understand the functionality and features of the LMS.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reporting on learning programs, course utilization, and effectiveness.
  • Training vendor relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Required education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and jurisdictional boundaries (or lack thereof)
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effectively communicate training to all levels of employees within the company.
  • High level of oral and written literacy skills (English).
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems and tools, including Microsoft Office collaboration and productivity suites, and web-based platforms.
  • Reporting presentation skills with emphasis on use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior LMS management experience.
  • Logical, analytical thinker
  • Good time management
  • Flexibility of working hours to fit in with international time zones
  • Prior experience in corporate Ethics & Compliance preferred, but not required
