What We Need
We are seeking to hire a Compensation Analyst for a full-time position. You will work as part of an internal team to analyze and implement compensation strategies, programs, and processes.
What You’ll Do
- Conducting annual market analyses and ensure position descriptions are appropriately reviewed and up to date.
- Develop the business case to enhance existing pay programs, and assist in creating new ones, based on internal and external research.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in defining new and improve on existing pay flexibilities.
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and modeling for total rewards programs, including salary increases, internal pay equity analysis, competitive assessments of market pay trends, equity utilization and cost impacts.
- Create reports and dashboards as a tool to monitor the effectiveness of compensation plans, programs and policies.
- Assist with data collection and completion of external compensation benchmarking surveys.
- Analyze survey results and produce reports and dashboards to highlight trends and areas of focus.
- Assist with performing audits of employee, position and job information and make corrections as appropriate.
What You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in compensation, faced paced environment
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must possess knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems
- Exceptional excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to turn large volume of data into meaningful information
