COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE POSITION*

Seeking an friendly and outgoing Community Representative for Northern Kentucky. This position will be working out of our Stonewater and Woodlands communities in Northern Kentucky.

This position is part-time; it will be covering some weekdays, and occational Saturdays and Sundays. If you like being around people, are outgoing, and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills, this is an excellent opportunity. Duties include greeting the public, answering the phone, setting appointments and other administrative/clerical duties. Basic computer skills are required.

This is an entry-level position that will assist and provide coverage back up for the onsite Sales Representative in their model home.

• High school diploma required
• Previous sales experience preferred
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
• Must have general computer, Microsoft Office and administrative skills
• Outgoing, reliable, and friendly
