Pacifica Senior Living is looking for a great Sales and Marketing Director (Independent Living/Assisted Living/Memory Care)
Pacifica Senior Living Oakland is looking for an energetic and motivated candidate to fill our full time position for Sales and Marketing Director.
This position conducts outreach to both current and potential clients, participates in outreach events, plans outreach activities, supports client retention programs, establishes and maintains community partnerships and schedule educational events, including being familiar with and prepared to fulfill responsibilities as outlined in the following position descriptions:
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and grows Census
- Develops effective outreach plans and coordinates all activities and materials for in person or virtual functions
- Delivering other creative tactics to convert leads to move-ins
- Utilize sales processes, systems, and forms for external and internal sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports, and achieve desired community occupancy goals
- Schedule/ organize and participate in community events to outreach targeted population
- Strong ability to convert leads to tours, and tours to move in’s
- Reinforce the community’s brand reputation and achieve maximum occupancy goals
- Do what it takes to drive Census
- Conduct effective discovery proves to provide solutions to families in need
Qualifications:
- Strong closing skills
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Speed to lead mentality
- Good computer skills, proficient tin MS Office and ability to lean new programs and software
- Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, or related healthcare environment preferred (i.e. hospital, skilled nursing, long term care, hospice, CCRC or home health)
- Previous sales experience and successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate small-group presentations
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for seniors to successfully nurture relationships
- Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week (usually a Tuesday-Saturday schedule) as well as some evenings as necessary
- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications; previous
knowledge of a client relationship management tool for tracking leads preferred
