Job Description

Seeking experienced Community Liaison to join our team in the Warrensburg area. The successful candidate will work closely with Facility Activity Coordinators to promote Good Shepherd Hospice through activities and relationship building. The Community Liaison will focus on developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and assist with health fairs and community activities as needed. Will be active in planning events in the community as well as acting as the right hand to the Director of Sales in a supporting role.

Responsibilities
  • Works closely with identified referral sources in assigned facilities to ensure eligible patients who need hospice receive it in as timely a manner as possible.
  • Provides informational visits with patients and families.
  • Conducts meaningful competitive analysis in assigned facilities.
  • Assist with development of market and company wide specific growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of sales techniques and market analysis with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the hospice philosophy of care.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and technology (Word, Excel PowerPoint).
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Appropriate auto insurance coverage.
  • Can successfully pass background checks.
