Job Description

MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN HAWAII.

We are a large and growing property management company in Hawai'i is looking for a condominium property manager.

The Manager is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of community associations in all capacities, such as maintenance, financial and compliance while emphasizing and delivering superior customer service.

The ideal resume should emphasize the following qualifications: Strong communication skills (orally and written). Strong organizational and time management skills.

Able to attend board meetings in the evenings

Computer skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.

Experience with budgets and reading/understanding financial statements

Ability to multitask, organize and maintain projects

Valid Hawaii driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time
