As a member of the Client & Market Growth (CMG) Communications Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering communications for Executive Accelerators , as well as contributing to cross-communication team deliverables.
What you'll do:
In this role, you will be expected to foster relationships with key internal stakeholders to produce clear, consistent, and creative communications. You'll work collaboratively across the team to deliver strategic messaging both to the Executive Accelerators (XA) community, as well as firmwide.
As a member of the team, you will:
Team with XA leadership to deliver strategic communications that amplify XA's role in creating powerful experiences to help senior leaders and their teams push to a new possible- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan aligned to strategic objectives
- Apply innovative thinking to the communication process while prioritizing message delivery through various channels including webcasts, presentations, newsletters, email, and digital
- Collaborate with Deloitte communication team members by sharing leading practices and actively engaging across the team
- Use metrics to guide communication decisions

Qualifications
Required:
Communications professional with a minimum of 10+ years relevant experience- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations or Journalism, is required
- Proven success in developing and executing internal and external communications strategies and communications plans for a large business, preferably in professional services
- Strong writing, editing, and copyediting skills and previous writing/editing experience in corporate communications, PR, or journalism fields required
- Experience in successfully managing and delivering executive communications requests in a large-scale corporate environment desired
- Travel of up to 15% (While 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
