Summary
If you’re looking to step up your career, JLL is the perfect professional home. We are looking for a Communications Associate to join our team in Life Sciences.

Essential Functions
Provide support for electronic communications, web portal content, presentation material, and other projects as they arise.
Assists with digital and print communications, including drafting and/or editing emails, letters, one-pagers, case and other communications materials; managing distribution lists; sending emails; and tracking results
Compile and prepare data for monthly client and employee newsletters.
Compile and develop monthly consolidated account report.
Develop and maintain an on-account communications calendar.
Develop and maintain a library of case studies to share account success stories.
Attend meetings as needed; record, type and distribute meeting minutes.
Manage ad hoc projects/initiatives as needed. Participate in and support account-wide initiatives.
Create and distribute communications to necessary stakeholders.
Ensure JLL Brand standards are broadly implemented across the account.
Develop meeting agendas and associated PowerPoint presentations.
Distribute JLL communications and related materials to the team, partnering with JLL Corporate Resources.
Building relationship with on-account team and other account resources to share best practices.
Liaison between BD associates, JLL receptionist and business services AV. Large meeting support and coordination ensuring good communication between groups, setups are correct, AV is setup correctly, and room cleanliness standards are met.
Vendor support and coordination as needed.
Maintaining documentation general admin duties.
Backup role for receptionists and JLL facilities help desk support.
Any and all other duties assigned.

Skills/Qualifications
Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field required
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook)
Ability to communicate professionally, in a clear and concise manner
Team and customer-focused with a collaborative work style
Results driven – Ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure desired results are achieved
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
Strong team player and organized, with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Possesses a positive and supportive attitude towards all internal and external customers
