Communication Systems Operation Training Specialist

BGS is searching for a Communication Systems Operation Training Specialist to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conducts analyses to evaluate customer Communication Systems Operation technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, and design.
• Oversees activities in the development, delivery, and evaluation of Communication Systems Operation technical training.
• Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing communication systems operation media and materials.
• Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.

Basic Qualifications

• This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) or Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) platforms

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with aircraft communications systems

Preferred Qualifications

• B-52 platform experience

• Experience developing and delivering training materials
• Aircraft Communication Operation System experience highly desire

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
