Commercial Leasing Agent

A full service real estate company is looking to hire a commercial leasing agent to assist current tenants and future tenants with commercial spaces. Franchise tenants, nationwide tenants, and small business. Cold calling and e-mail campaign will be needed.

Part time position. Knowing Costar, Loopnet, AIR/CAR form is a strong bonus. Please do not inquire if you have no experience in commercial real estate.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $11.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• La Cañada Flintridge, CA 91011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
