Job Description
  • Act as the Program Lead to develop, design and document an optimized sales process that informs the product roadmap and supports end users
  • Work with sales leaders and key partners, marketing, data/analytics, and other product owners to ensure the processes developed align to the customer and sales team journey
  • Develop, own and maintain core documentation (SOP's) of sales processes and collaborate heavily with sales enablement and learning teams to ensure availability to sales users
  • Suggest new methods to improve the experience and productivity of internal users (sales, support, etc.)
  • Oversee sales enablement program management efforts, ensuring ongoing communication, collaboration and feedback with stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Collaborate closely with technology and sales enablement partners to ensure an optimized backlog of development needs is managed, and release schedules are optimized and effective
