Commercial Analyst, Emerging Markets

Responsibilities

The Commercial Analyst, Emerging Markets will be responsible for a wide range of executive level administrative support to the Vice President Emerging Markets, including data analysis, reporting, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization of the Emerging Markets. Quality, compliance with the company-group policies/legal requirements, and timely and accurate delivery of reports, data and services for the Emerging Markets will be the essential requirements of the job.

Other responsibilities of the Analyst role include:

• Prepare, create and analyze various reports and evaluations of data for the Emerging Markets area by due date

• Create PowerPoint presentations and ensure an attractive preparation of commercial and business documents

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports

• Assist Emerging Markets sales processes

• Provide project support and project management (preparatory research, time attendance support, reviewing, pulling and analyzing data from CRM system, helping to create briefings, preparing, creating and proofreading PowerPoint presentations)

• Support VP Emerging Markets to prepare budget and forecast

• Monitor and manage distributor training i.e. Immucor University and compliance training, Learn usage, webinar attendance, etc.

• Monitor and track overdue A/R situation in each area, EMEA, LA, etc.

• Document all work as described in the relevant quality regulations. Ensure all documentation uses the current relevant forms and is stored according to the currently applicable procedures

• Follow applicable company procedures

Qualifications

As a Business Analyst you must be able to complete all assigned activities on time and within budget. You must be able to communicate effectively with all company departments to ensure support functions are serving customer needs efficiently. Qualified candidates are able to work in a team environment in an effort to accomplish departmental goals and interact cooperatively with coworkers and receive direction well from managers.

Other requirements of the Analyst role include:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business or Marketing

• 2-4 years of related experience

• Ability to utilize and maintain complex computer applications and programs that perform analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources

• Knowledge of relational databases

• Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources

• Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope

• Strong communication skills both, verbal and written

• Ability to convey complex information to a broad audience

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Expert knowledge of SQL, Access, Excel, Cubes, CRM and relational databases

• Excellent group presentation skills

• Knowledge of products, services, procedures, policies, systems, and company organization as it relates to job duties
