Comfort Bath Line Runner- 3rd Shift

The operator will run the production equipment with a team of Operators and Line Runners to manufacture drug and cosmetic products.

• Log in and out of Flex Net computers, to record production and non-production time.
• Operate production equipment.
• Perform minor setup and process adjustments to machines e.g. clear jams from production equipment.
• Notify Leads, Managers, or Technicians as appropriate of problems with production equipment.
• Maintain quality and production reporting standards and Good Documentation Procedures.
• Complete documentation of forms and log books.
• Perform or assist with in-process quality checks where applicable.
• Perform material handling as needed.
• Train staff on operational procedures as needed.
• Maintain safety rules and keep area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain GMP and quantity standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and mission statement.
• Open and close Lots in FlexNet operating system
• Inspect products as appropriate for damage and defects
