Job Description
Overview: This position handles quality control, detailing, scanning of vehicles, and miscellaneous Lot Attendant duties.Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality control checks on work that is completed by Collision Center staff. If issues or flaws in quality are identified, notify the Collision Center Manager for resolution and next steps.


  • Monitor the cleanliness of the interior of vehicles that have been completed by Collision Center staff. Perform detailing on the interior of vehicles that do not pass inspection as needed.

  • Responsible for pre and post scanning of all vehicles that enter the Collision Center to document all repairs needed and the completion of those repairs. Ensure that all vehicles are scanned before being worked on and scan all vehicles after work has been completed.


  • Complete general Lot Attendant responsibilities as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, picking up and dropping off vehicles from various service departments and other miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma


  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred

  • Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset

  • Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement

  • Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.

  • Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
