The Space University Early Career Talent Acquisition (UECTA) team, is seeking a College Programs Lead to join us on our mission. Each year we work with hundreds of college students starting off their careers at Lockheed Martin Space. The College Programs Lead will be responsible for running and growing our intern and coop programs.

The Space University Early Career Talent Acquisition (UECTA) team, is seeking a College Programs Lead to join us on our mission. Each year we work with hundreds of college students starting off their careers at Lockheed Martin Space. The College Programs Lead will be responsible for running and growing our intern and coop programs.
As the College Program Lead, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of an intern program with 500+ participants.
- Acting as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for the overall program.
- Developing and executing engagement programs to retain and convert our college interns, including our intern ambassador program.
- Adapt processes and procedures to fit the needs of our entry level talent.
- Crafting and delivering training programs for managers, interns, and leaders.
- Establish trust with candidates, interns, managers, HR, leaders, and external partners.
- Track and communicate both internally and externally the status of the program and participants.
- Conduct analysis on Space's intern program performance, participation, ROI, etc.
- Continue to find innovative ways to grow the program both in size and in effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ Years Experience with university/college recruiting; 2+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a large and complex organization
- Experience leading related programs
- Quantitative and analytical skills, especially with analytical tools (i.e Excel, Tableau)
- Ability to design and execute on programs and make process improvements
- Ability to lead multiple projects and client relationships
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time
Desired Skills:
- Passion for working with and teaching students/interns
- Experience in University Relations or University Recruiting
- Experience running an internship program
- Experience with STEM in some capacity, preferably recruiting, training, or management
- Proven ability to adapt, promote and champion change
- Knowledge of applicable HR related federal regulations including EEO
- Ability to partner with multiple types of stakeholders
- Excellent computer skills including PPT, Excel, Tableau, etc
- Experience with running large programs or projects
- Attention to detail and able to work within multiple tracking systems
- Experience presenting to both large and small audiences
- Expertise in developing long term lasting relationships with key partners
- Experience collaborating in a complex organization to make process improvements
- This position typically has 5-8 years of professional experience.
