Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of collecting payments due from accounts receivable including: identify overdue payments, conduct follow-up phone calls with customers, contact customers through mail and email, address customer questions/concerns, and work with management team to resolve invoice issues.
  • Answers calls, take notes, and record information accurately such as customer's name, address, service needs, etc.
  • Provides professional and courteous service to all customers
  • Fields customer questions and complaints and escalate to appropriate staff when necessary
  • Prepares work orders, schedules service calls, and dispatches technicians to the appropriate jobs.
  • Dispatches service orders and relay messages via phone, email, text, or other communication mediums
  • Writes reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Effectively presents information and respond to questions from managers, other employees, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Calculates figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest rates, commissions, proportions, and percentages, knowledge of area, circumference, and volume.
  • Files and organizes daily paperwork

  • Experience working with maps a plus
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English)
