Collections Specialist

Experienced 3rd Party Debt Collectors Needed -Remote Position

We are looking for Collection Specialists to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments. Our Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.

DEBT RECOVERY SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Negotiate repayment plans on outstanding debt from customers for national financial institutions.
• Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management.
• Meet expected Quality and Compliance standards
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of customers in various financial situations
• Manage existing accounts and payments

DEBT RECOVERY SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Collections experience a plus
• Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
This is a remote position in the Jacksonville, FL area. You will do one week of in person training and then be fully remote.
