Job Summary – Main purpose of a server in the terrace bar/main bar is to serve all beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to guests in keeping with hotel standards. To serve food that is available from all menus. Insure consistent products and service. Collection of all menus or transfer of bill to other outlets.
