JOB SUMMARY: Kibler’s Longrifles, a Northeast Ohio Manufacturer, has a job opening for a CNC operator. The successful candidate will be required to operate various machines within our facility to meet or exceed production deadlines with an emphasis on quality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate one or more CNC machines under the direction of supervisors/management.
• Conduct quality inspections, as directed, to ensure parts meet detailed specifications.
• Complete various production forms and related paperwork as needed.
• Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with various related job functions (e.g., grinding operations, band saw operations, assembling parts, packaging products) according to established standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Mechanical Aptitude, Organization, Oral & Written Communication, Working with Hands, Working Under Pressure, Drive & Initiative, Flexibility, Dependability, Timeliness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 2 to 3 Years Related Work Experience, High School Diploma or GED (Journeyman Certification NOT Required)

PAY: Based on Experience ($15 to $25 per hour)

SCHEDULE:

• 8 Hour Shift
• Overtime
