Work Hours/Shift: Full Time Day Shift
You Will Be Responsible For:
Demonstrates through behavior AdventHealth’s Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship and Teamwork as outlined in the organizations’ Performance Excellence Program.
- Coordinates and facilitates all Physician Continuing Medical Education
- Coordinates the Medical Staff Education Committee from notification of members to agenda and minute preparation.
- Coordinates all local and national continuing medical education programs in adherence to accreditation standards. This involves all aspects of coordination from application, speaker confirmations, brochure development through attendance documentation and evaluation.
- Tracks all Continuing Medical Education funds, including commercial support funds, to ensure full compliance with the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support.
- Updates Medical Staff Physicians on current standards, changes and prelicensure requirements. Facilitates and coordinates the mandatory requirements for physicians and maintains a history of their CME courses.

- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communication or technology
- Prior knowledge of educational program development
- Strong organizational skills
- Well-developed communication, both verbal and written, skills
- Computer skills, which include prior use of word processing, email and spreadsheets.
