Job Description

The Cloud Business Operations team is responsible for reporting Cloud cost and usage information to the company. This includes spend analysis and cost-optimization recommendations by product to provide insight into spend, and areas that need focus. We also partner with IT and DevOps teams to define and implement Governance and Controls for all Cloud usage within the company.

As a member of the Cloud Business Operations team, you will use your cloud knowledge to evaluate our technical resources and identify areas for cost optimization. You will work directly with DevOps leaders to identify resources that Mandiant can better manage and transition. You will also be an integral part of the team that is establishing the global governance and controls for internal teams operating in the cloud.

What You Will Do:

• Set up and support proper cloud governance initiatives.
• Scope for underutilized and orphaned resources to identify savings.
• Review risks and controls of cloud services to ensure our cloud is managed effectively.
• Be the main liaison with all Business DevOps leaders and IT staff to coordinate quick and timely governance improvements.
• Assess new technologies and processes that can streamline or save in cloud operations.
• Help build, manage, and maintain a multi-could, multi-vendor framework to support a secure vendor agnostic cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 
  Experience in building and maintaining cloud environments and the policies needed to operate properly.
• +2 years for implementing best of breed cloud cost management strategies for uncovering underutilized resources.
• +2 years of building, maintaining, and managing cloud environments across multiple cloud vendors.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior DevOps experience preferred.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (strongly preferred).
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Exam AZ-900 and/or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer preferred.

Minimum Salary: $110,000. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations.
Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from Mandiant’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
