Cloud Network Architect – Automation Focus

The Automation Cloud Network Architect is responsible for the design and architecture of NICE CXone infrastructure within Private data centers and Public clouds. This position is responsible for developing automation for network infrastructure for improving operational efficiency, stability, deployment time-lines and disaster recovery.

The NICE-CXone network infrastructure consists of varying devices and technologies. This position will design and develop automation standards for deploying and configuring the network infrastructure and supporting components, allowing for quick ability to scale with minimal manual tasks. Automation using Ansible, Python, CloudFormation, Terraform and others may be required for the deployment and configuration of Load Balancers, Routers/Switches, Firewalls, public cloud virtual devices and supporting components i.e. IPAM, DNS, Active Directory, monitoring systems, etc.

Solid experience with network infrastructure devices and technology in both private data centers are public clouds is required. Knowledge and experience configuring network devices is essential along with IP Routing knowledge of OSPF and BGP.
