H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Cloud Developer Lead, to provide support to the Administration and Resource Management Division (ARI) within Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC). The Cloud Developer Lead will use government approved tools and other government approved cloud platforms to develop business solution applications for government cloud environments.

The Cloud Developer Lead responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for coordination of the development tasks through subordinates and designated Government personnel.
• Responsibilities include technical advice for designing and implementing strategies for collaboration, code, source control, security, compliance, continuous integration, testing, delivery, monitoring and feedback.
• Responsible for analyzing and communicating development issues to peers and to management.

Required Education:

• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Information Systems

Required Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years’ Information Technology experience
• Microsoft 365 Certified Developer Associate
• CompTIA Security+ ce or Higher
• Three (3) years DevOps experience.
• Three (3) years SharePoint developer experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud environment.
• Experience with design, build, test, and maintain applications and solutions using Microsoft 365 platform.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure administration and development.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of Amazon AWS cloud environment.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI

Clearance Qualifications:

• Must have a DoD Secret Security Clearance
