Job Description
Closing Coordinator
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, investor and internal policies and procedures with regard to closing and post-closing requirements.
  • Review homeowners insurance, flood insurance, and other related documents for accuracy.
  • Communicate with Vice President of Closing & Production any issues or concerns.
  • Communicate with Loan Officers and other staff.
  • Prepare and send closing documents using Encompass.
  • Review HUD for accuracy, and provide any necessary changes required.
  • Answer any inquiries regarding closing issues and scheduling.
  • Follow-up on any outstanding closing conditions including home owners insurance and inspection certifications (i.e. Termite, Final, Flood, Septic, Well, etc.).
  • Title review knowledge a plus.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
