Clinical Therapist

Balance Point Wellness, LLC is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, equine-facilitated therapy, and wellness services (acupuncture and nutrition services) to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, MD, Overlea, MD, Bel Air, MD, Salisbury, MD, Hunt Valley, MD, and a school-based program in Baltimore County schools.

As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for talented staff members to join our team at our Baltimore office. Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified part-time or full-time licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, LCADC, or Psychologist) to provide mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.

Salary Range:

W2 employees are paid $47,000 to $90,000*

*Range is dependent on clinical experience and W2 vs. 1099; 1099 contractual therapists are paid on a fee-for-service model

W2 employees earn 5 weeks of PTO

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Managed assigned caseload. (Provide ongoing therapy)
• Completes psychosocial assessments
• Complete contact notes for completed sessions- All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR.
• Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Licensed in Maryland to provide Mental health treatment
• Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
• Background Check
• Highly organized and possesses time management

Pay: $48,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
