Clinical Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Based on experience and licensure. Plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus!

The Clinical Supervisor directs and monitors identified aspects of service provided by the Clinic Interns. This person will provide supervision and support to interns and work with the schools to make sure requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the hiring, training, supervising, evaluating and disciplining of Interns.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management for Interns.
• Ensure that the Clinic meets operational goals and objectives.
• Ensure therapy provided by Interns are designed, integrated and coordinated to achieve maximum effectiveness.
• Provide consultation as well as crisis intervention as needed.
• Provide all the “Essential Functions” of a Therapist.
• Advise Clinical Administrator of all emergent issues in a timely manner.
• Complete proper documentation per program standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other related field.
• Must be fully licensed and possess Wisconsin State licensure.
• A background check and drug test are required prior to offer of employment.
