Eastside Social Skills Therapy (ESST) has immediate full-time salaried positions for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s)/Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA’s) to join our growing team. ESST specializes in early intervention with children ages 2 – 6 who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and are in need of intensive treatment. This treatment is provided in children’s homes, schools, and communities. ESST has been a successful and stable business who has provided a high-quality service using best practices in King County for the past ten years. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:
- Conduct Initial and Ongoing Behavioral Assessments
- Develop and Implement Individualized Treatment and Behavior Plans
- Directly Observe and Monitor Treatment Integrity to Ensure Treatment Protocols are Implemented to Fidelity
- Develop New Programs and Perform Ongoing Adjustments to Program as Needed Based on Client’s Data
- Conduct Regularly Scheduled Parent/Caregiver Meetings and Training
- Maintain a Caseload of Billable Hours in Addition to Supervisory Activities
Qualification Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with the State of Washington/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Have a Valid Driver’s License in Good Standing and Carry Car Insurance
- Reliable Form of Transportation
- Successfully Complete a Criminal Background Registry Check at the Time of Application
