In this high-profile position, you will lead and direct UCLA Health's Urology ambulatory and community practices. You will provide direct supervision of all staff providing patient services while helping to establish a discipline-specific infrastructure. This will include the recruitment of physicians and staff to support your assigned ambulatory and community practices. You will:

In this high-profile position, you will lead and direct UCLA Health's Urology ambulatory and community practices. You will provide direct supervision of all staff providing patient services while helping to establish a discipline-specific infrastructure. This will include the recruitment of physicians and staff to support your assigned ambulatory and community practices. You will:
- Oversee clinical operations
- Ensure compliance, patient satisfaction, patient safety and quality
- Monitor clinic productivity, billing practices, audit requirements, equipment maintenance, and IT services
- Oversee financial performance of the ambulatory and community practice
- Develop, execute and implement strategic plans for expansion
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health or related field or combination of education and relevant experience
- Five to seven years of healthcare managerial experience
- Exceptional clinical leadership, planning and change management abilities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion and influencing skills
- Proficiency in managing patient services and nursing staff in a high-volume environment
- Ability to establish a culture of integrity
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, trends and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, prioritizing and problem-solving skills
- Ability to empathetically engage with a patient population in varying degrees of health
- Working knowledge of research-oriented patient care systems desired
- Advanced expertise in healthcare budget planning and financial forecasting a plus
- Knowledge of EPIC EHR preferred
