One year of related experience (MD, DO, NP, RN, LPN, PA). Phone triage or telehealth experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED :
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of medical care procedures and protocols; excellent verbal communication skills; knowledge and understanding of computer systems; ability to work in a team environment; ability to work a varied schedule and have access to a personal phone (land line or cell phone), personal computer (laptop or desktop), reliable Internet connection
Responsibilities :
- Staff a phone line for callers with concerns regarding COVID-19 exposure and symptoms.
- Provide referral recommendations for testing and/or medical treatment.
- Maintain complete and accurate record of calls.

Physical and Environmental Demands
Requires occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, frequent activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal/clinical nature, constant sitting, occasional standing, and occasional walking. (occasional-up to 20%, frequent-from 21% to 50%, constant-51% or more)
