Position Summary

This position will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for Vidant Corporate Health (VCH) clinical staff working in occupational health, worker's compensation and contracted positions in the community, including the groups and persons including the Vidant Medical Group (VMG) entities. The role includes oversight of RN's and clinic functions with a focus on clinical care and outcomes. The role will include the ability to perform as an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) in the work area in addition to the core leadership functions. The role will also perform any duties as directed by the Directors and Administrators in OH as required to meet the business needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 year college degree is required
  • Current NC RN licensure required
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification required
  • OHN or Case Management training preferred
  • Associates degree for 3 years of experience may be substituted for 4 year degree
  • 3 years experience Case Management or Occupational Health. Supervisory experience preferred
