Provides patient care services that are coordinated to provide a seamless, integrated system of care that is high value, cost effective and customer focused. The Clinical Coordinator is committed to creating a work environment that fosters pride, teamwork and continuous learning and associate ability to meet patient needs.What We're Looking For and What We Offer: Associate’s Degree (includes RN diploma) (required); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) Valid NJ RN License, BLS (required)

- Assures appropriate resource mangement
- Facilitates timely and effective patient management and thorough put
- Assures provision of the highest level of quality patient care
- Assures institutional nursing and clinical practice is current and consistent with professional and regulatory standards
- Assures staff competency and provides on going staff education and professional development
- Evaluates staff performance, in conjunction with the Patient Care Director
- Actively participates in quality and performance improvement activities
- Safety and Equipment/Environment of Care
- Maintains highest level of professional and personal responsiblities
- Displays commitment to personal development
Full Time 8am-4pm/9am-5pm Monday thru Friday
