Job Description
Join AmWINS Group where we work as one team, committed to collaboration, teamwork, and never settling for the status quo!AmWINS is seeking unique and collaborative individuals to join our Client Services Loss Runs Team. These individuals will be given the opportunity to learn and develop various skills that will assist the AmWINS Client Services Team throughout the fast-paced claims process.
  • The Loss Runs team is responsible for providing the number and dollar amount of insurance claims previously filed by a policy holder at policy renewal and upon requests by the insurance agent.
As a valued Loss Runs Specialist with our firm, you will help to develop new and imaginative processes and procedures while performing in this role. This position requires on the job training that will provide a collaborative and exciting team focused environment. Joining AmWINS as a team member with the Client Services Loss Runs Team will offer the opportunity for advancement as the department grows swiftly beyond its initial stages.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
  • Receive request in a central team queue
  • Follow documented process to review loss history for specific time frame and gather pertinent information for requester
  • Complete the process within documented time frame
  • Communicate with internal and external partners by email
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
  • An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
NECESSARY SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
  • Proficient in navigating a computer, creating emails and documents etc
  • Proven Accuracy in Data Entry
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to take proper action with partial information
  • Navigate and follow Templated communications
