As Client Success Manager, you will support the Retail Commercial team and use your business development, partner management and industry expertise to lead segment growth for Uplift’s retail partners. You will be a business driver, gathering feedback and insights from your partners to continuously inform and refresh Uplift’s product position within the value chain. What you will do and achieve
  • Serve as relationship leader for partners, owning the relationships with their project leaders and across their teams
  • Meet or exceed revenue, conversion and penetration targets for existing partners
  • Contribute to growth opportunity identification, qualification, and sales funnel processes
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for key partners, lead business reviews, and recurring check-ins
  • Build custom needs-based, consultative sales presentations
  • Leverage data visualization software to identify business trends and deliver insights to partners - Track progress, evaluate risks and potential problems, and communicate appropriately
  • Understanding of marketing best practices and ability to influence partner decisions for marketing channel allocation / placement
  • Ongoing teaming with internal Product, Engineering and Data teams to deliver against partner priorities
  • P&L Management: Contribute to and maintain monthly / annual forecasts for portfolio of partners
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5+ years of related business experience and a track record of continuous professional development
  • Demonstrates significant expertise in managing external partner relationships, including business development and growth
  • Strong self-starter that takes initiative and identifies opportunities to expand contribution to the organization
  • Consistent over-achiever against sales targets / KPIs
  • Trusted Advisor: proven ability to interact with and gain the trust of clients
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time, be flexible, respond and adapt to changing client demands
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills (bilingual English / French a plus)
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Retail, Financial Services - Lending, Buy Now Pay Later experience preferred
