Client Service Associate Hours
Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Recruit and screen candidates from a variety of job boards and resources
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling and conducting interviews
- Administer pre-employment screening and testing
- Supervise and counsel temporary employees according to Protocall expectations
- Assign employees for daily/weekly/ongoing work assignments
- Adhere to Labor Laws
Staffing Supervisor Experience/ Education
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Competent computer skills (Microsoft Suite Software Packages and Internet Proficiency)
Preferred Skills/ Experience
- Previous experience in Customer Service and a fast-paced environment preferred
- Previous experience in Employment Staffing helpful
