Client Service Associate Hours

Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm

Client Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Recruit and screen candidates from a variety of job boards and resources
• Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling and conducting interviews
• Administer pre-employment screening and testing
• Supervise and counsel temporary employees according to Protocall expectations
• Assign employees for daily/weekly/ongoing work assignments
• Adhere to Labor Laws

Staffing Supervisor Experience/ Education

• High School Diploma
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Competent computer skills (Microsoft Suite Software Packages and Internet Proficiency)

Preferred Skills/ Experience

• Previous experience in Customer Service and a fast-paced environment preferred
• Previous experience in Employment Staffing helpful
