Client Service Associate

ShariaPortfolio is a boutique asset manager specializing in Sharia-compliant investing and halal investments. We offer professional, comprehensive wealth management solutions that align with Muslim faith and achieve clients’ financial goals. We have been in business since 2003 and currently serve clients in 25 states nationwide.

We are looking for a Client Service Associate who will be reporting to the Client Service Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive follow-up
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
• Charismatic and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Work with prospects to help them onboard and join us as clients
• Assist clients with deposits and withdrawal requests
• May need to help with client billing processed quarterly

• Assist with office administration such as shipping client gifts or stocking office supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
