Job Description
Cerner Enviza is seeking a Client Impact & Commercialization Manager (Design) who is supporting our Client Impact team. This individual will consistently produce a high quality of PowerPoint and non-PowerPoint deliverables for the research teams and business developers and works effectively (flexible around workload and shares experience) with the wider Client Impact team.

Working alongside the Research Team
  • Produces a consistently high standard of deliverables for the wider team
  • Listens and engages with the wider team on specific projects, aiding them in the design of impactful final deliverables that are focused on business, issues, tell stories, are visually impactful and go “beyond” PowerPoint where appropriate.
  • Uses forums such as communications meetings, quarterly updates to ensure creative and visually impactful deliverable remain top-of-mind.
  • Enforces brand guidelines
  • Shares examples of great deliverables with the research team in order to ensure creative and visually impactful deliverables remain top-of-mind.
  • Communicates design and design principles passionately to the wider team
  • Keeping the research team up to date with changes in deliverable capabilities within the Client Impact team.
Managing the Client Impact Team
  • Communicates workload effectively and in a timely manner to the wider Client Impact team in order to facilitate a flexible way of managing workload globally
  • Working with other members of the Client Impact team to explore new and innovative ways to deliver research and findings (e.g. animation or video).
Supporting the wider organization ecosystem
  • Works effectively with other Cerner Enviza teams (e.g. global Marketing) in the design of marketing materials, website content, credentials presentations etc.
  • Uses appropriate judgement based on capacity, global profile and required resource as to which wider Cerner Enviza requests for visual support can be worked on

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
    • At least 1 year experience in Sales, business development, pricing/packaging, project/program management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
    • 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or relevant degree or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of HTML5 or WordPress programming
  • Working Working in design/creative role in a commercial organization
Expectations:
  • Travel (up to 20%)
