JOB SUMMARY:
As a Client Advisor, you will assist present and future VinFast Clients through the sales process from start to finish. We are a direct-to-consumer automaker (OEM) and you will often be the first engagement with the brand. We are seeking polished, passionate, and professional consultative sellers to facilitate a customer centric buying process for our clients. Client engagements will be facilitated through messaging, phone & video consultations.
RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Represent the values of VinFast US with every client interaction
- Generate excitement in client’s customer journey
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and sales consultations across all channels: including Video, Voice, Chat and Email
- Collaborate with team members in other functional areas of the business to ensure a seamless client sales experience
- Actively manage the pipeline of client leads to convert opportunities into sales
- Monitor personal productivity against sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Learn the Inside Sales System; including Salesforce CRM (database) and other integrated systems to provide the best practice in supporting clients and documenting communications
- Become a product expert and maintain familiarity with all VinFast product features and functionality, using this knowledge regularly in client interactions to sell our products
- Understand and clearly communicate all available finance options to clients
- Stay updated on EV Industry/Technologies
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive corporate culture focused on dedication, collaboration, innovation, and growth
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Relevant work experience preferred: Sales, Account Management, Retail, Experiential Marketing, Client Services, Customer Service, Training, Contact Center, or other Omni-Channel Environments
- Automotive & Direct-to-Consumer Automotive industry experience not required, but a plus
- Passionate about EV adoption & the Automotive Industry
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DMV Vehicle Salesperson License Flexible and adapt well with change
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in business productivity tools, software, and digital platforms (MS office suite, CRM applications, call center software, social media, etc.)
- Strong team player with a friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and helpful attitude
- Strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
