Job Description

Benchmark Companies is seeking a qualified applicant for immediate opening on our office staff. This positions duties are equally divided between clerical office and logistics management. We are seeking applicants with office experience in the transportation or field service based industry. Applicants must have the following:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Be positive, forward thinking, a problem solver

- Strong organizational approach to office tasks

Applicants will perform a variety of office tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

Management of employee files, Delivery ticket reconciliation, invoice and receipt reconciliation, Permitting, Customer interaction (W9, Insurance verification, etc), Filing, Additional projects as assigned.

Applicant will also complete tasks in our logistics coordination hub. Tasks for this portion of the position would include:

Daily driver dispatch; coordination and interaction with both customers and staff on scheduling of our field service work; Maintaining all driver records; maintaining all insurance, registrations, fuel tax reporting, Ifta, UCR, and all other heavy highway regulatory items; Coordination and route/schedule planning with divisional production supervisors; significant client interaction.

Position would be 6:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
