Cleaning Supervisor PM Shift

This is an entry level management position which can lead to a career management salaried position for the right candidate. OneService Maintenance is seeking a trustworthily, organized person who is eager to learn and can follow direction. As a Cleaning Supervisor the right candidate will supervise the work of our employees working at our client facilities. Duties will include training new cleaners, monitoring their work performance and performing quality control inspections of our client locations. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Training, coaching and supervising employees

• Monitor and evaluate the work performance of our employees

• Enforcing company policies and procedures to staff

• Maintain safe and healthy work environments and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations

• Ensure quality service is be provided to our clients

Work Schedule - Subject to Adjustment:

Tuesday 3:30 pm-12:00 am

Wednesday 2:00 pm-10:30 pm

Thursday 3:30 pm-12:00 am

Friday 2:00 pm-10:30 pm

Saturday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm

Qualifications/Skills:

• Prior Commercial Cleaning Experience
• Prior Work Waxing Experience
• Prior Carpet Cleaning Experience
• Prior Supervisory experience, a plus

Job Requirements:

• Clean NYS Driver's License
• Available to switch shifts as necessary
• Prior Supervisor Experience
• Bi-Lingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Commercial Cleaning: 3 years (Required)
• Cleaning Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

• NYS Drivers License (Required)
