Drives and implements long term strategic and operational initiatives to move the organization toward long-term top tier performance. Partners with the GRS Claims lines of business, Claims Senior Leadership Team and cross-functional GRS partners to understand needs and executie upon actionable roadmaps.
- Creates the vision, long-term strategy and tactical execution plans for LOB and cross-line/cross-functional initiatives, focused in the areas of customer experience, operational excellence and technology.
- Partners with aligned Claims LOB leaders to identify long-term opportunities. Works closely with partners to understand needs and translates them into appropriate action.
- Drives enabling cross-line Claims work such as annual strategic planning, strategic initiative governance, executive presentation support and emerging high priority project management.
- Actively champions overall strategic direction of aligned lines of business and GRS Claims overall; ensures alignment within and across functions and communicates through the entire operation.
- Consistently project manages large multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring that broad stakeholder needs for ongoing communication are met and milestones delivered.
Bachelor`s or Master`s Degree in technical or business discipline or related experience; Master's Degree preferred. Generally, more than 10 years related experience. In-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools and IT standards and guidelines. Advanced knowledge of management concepts, practices and techniques. Ability to promote a collaborative team environment consisting of several teams and diverse stakeholders. Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills. Highly developed oral and written communication, consensus building and presentation skills.
