CL A Drivers - Recent Grads Welcome-Dedicated Regional-Run 5 Off 2

All Class A drivers (currently taking recent graduates) that live within 150 miles of St Louis needed to run a dedicated regional account.

Drivers get two consecutive days off with one of those days generally being on the weekend but may rotate week to week.

First year pay average is $70-$80K based on experience with drivers getting $.57-$.61CPM (depending on experience) and $20/Stop. Average pay is $1300-$1500+/WK.

Pets are allowed from Day One for non-Trainees. If you are a trainee, you can only take your dog once you have completed training.

No slip seat-trucks are 100% assigned to the driver

NOTE: This job is 100% touch and is physical. You are delivering roller bins into a store. You push the roller bins into the store and take the empties back to the truck. You do not have to unload the roller bins in the store, just get it into the store.

Summary of position:

Drivers will run MO, IL, IN, AR, KS, NE, IA, CO, UT

We do try and get drivers through the house during the week for ten hour but it is not guaranteed. Drivers will be home two full consecutive days-we try and make one of those days on the weekend, but drivers must be flexible

Medical insurance starts from day one and it is BCBS

PTO of 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year and 3 weeks after 15 years

New CDL Training: Trainees do NOT sleep in the truck with the trainee, the company will get you a hotel every night you are out on the road. Please note that once you are done with training you do sleep in hotel. Training is 8 weeks and drivers are paid either $1000/WK if run 5 days or $1200/WK if run 6 days per week. Drivers do not get to choose training days.

So, if you are a female and are looking for a place to train but nobody has female trainers, you do not have to worry because you will be sleeping in a hotel room.

Here are the basic requirements for the position

• Must have a valid Class A CDL - to be experienced driver must have at least 3 months verified Class A driving experience in the last three years.
• No more than 2 Class A CDL jobs in last 12 months and no more than 6 jobs in last 36 months
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Will review all DOT Recordable Preventable and all other incidents or accidents from last three years
• May not be termed from last job due to safety
• No DUI in the last 12 months and max of one in lifetime and can never have been in a CMV and no failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
• Must live within 150 miles of St Louis MO
