Job Description
Arganteal Professional Services seeks a Cisco Domain Architect to lead a large Global Cisco Wireless Hardware refresh across 31 global sites for our client. This is a 90-day contract to hire role offering amazing salary and benefits.
Location: Remote with up to 50% travel (most likely its only 20% but could burst upwards at times)
Visa Status: Must Be US Citizen with current active Pass Port
Drug Testing: Must be able to pass two (2) drug tests that are 90 days apart
Contract Hourly Rate: $90.00 per hour on 1099 or $75.00 W2 depending on your state
Full Time Employee Compensation: $180k base salary + Bonus + 6% 401k Match + Corporate Credit Card

Requirements:
Previous global technology refresh Program Management experience is required- Prefer minimum of CCNP level of technical knowledge
- 10+ years Cisco experience
- Excellent Soft Skills leading a very large team of Deployment Engineers
- Ability to create and execute against complex MOP’s (Method of Procedure)
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) when it comes to Cisco Route Switch
Job Duties:
Tech Implementation Remote Lead- Responsible for site deployment task creation and forecasting resource needs to deliver tasks
- Quality management of engineering resource deliverables
- Technical LoE/WBS development for each assigned site
- Provide support for complex multi-site Bill of Material development (BOM)
- Responsible for identifying, creating and sending Change Orders to Project Manager
- Leads internal and external kickoffs from a technical perspective
- Lead peer review efforts for site documentation packages
- Identify technical risks and issues
- Accountable for logical and physical site survey processes, working with local site leads and ensuring required data is collected and documented
- Develop site remediation plans necessary to support the site deployment
- Creation and ownership of site low level design document
- Quality assurance of equipment applied configurations by site engineers
- Responsible for cut plan process documentation for each site
- Accountable for the adherence to technical implementation standards in all documentation
- Accountable for developing the details network implementation plan, with assistance from site tech engineers
- Attend site cut bridges, technical communication to customer, address customer escalations
- Accountable for site engineer deployment of physical equipment and configurations
- Execution of network implementation plan
