Some associateships might start at a higher rate but there is a ceiling. They entice you with paid malpractice and paid time off. All you will do is end up working hard for someone else, make them money and you will get stuck and frustrated with no opportunity to advance your dreams.

Our practice is regularly seeing 50+ NEW patients a month. The current doctor, after 18 years of practice, is ready to train someone new, step back and let the new doctor become the main treating provider.

ABOUT US:

• We are a fast-growing chiropractic and wellness clinic. Our numbers and collections have DOUBLED in the past year alone.
• Doctor mainly uses diversified CMT and drop table. We also do some activator.
• We utilize EMS, heat therapy, MRT, Graston, ultrasound and we do a large amount of prone decompression on all of our tables.
• We have on-site Xray
• Massage therapy 5 days a week with 2 massage therapists
• Doctor does weight-loss program that is highly successful and sells nutraceuticals as well.
• Our current doctor has worked on the Senior PGA Tour and has a strong sports background.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A DOCTOR:

• The candidate MUST be engaging, friendly and caring of all the patients. They must be upbeat, positive and ready to BRING IT everyday, to every shift, for every patient. Positive attitude + Energy = Success.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• FULL TIME CHIROPRACTIC POSITION WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR BUY IN AND/OR BUY OUT OF THE CURRENT DOCTOR IF BOTH PARTIES AGREE.
• The job duties are simple. Be a caring and wonderful chiropractor as you were trained. You will be seeing patients on your own within the first month. You will have a shadowing transition to follow the doctor and get to know the patient base. We will help you every step of the way.
• Soon thereafter you will get the MAJORITY of new patients. Your patient base will build quickly. This is something not too many places can guarantee. Our doctor is ready to step back and let the associate chiropractor build their patient base and make a dream living.

SALARY:

• Guaranteed 5,000 a MONTH to start
• Raises after first and second year. Discussions of buy in/out can happen during this period as well.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• 4 year bachelor's degree from accredited college
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from accredited college
• Passing scores for Parts I, II, III,IV and physiotherapy from NBCE
• Valid Florida DC license in good standing
• Fully eligible for Malpractice in the state of FL

Ideally we would love to see a chiropractor with several years of experience that wants to change his course in life. Whether that be a doctor moving into the state or a doctor that is a current associate that is ready to move up in life. New graduates are also welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
