Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

We are looking to expand our team at Synapse Chiropractic! We are a family practice that specializes in neurologically-based chiropractic care. We are seeking a new team member who is self-motivated and loves to serve people with a compassionate heart! Candidate should be open-minded, eager to learn new information, challenge old belief patterns and grow! This is not your typical health and wellness office. We are seeking a loyal individual who seeks a position of longevity.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Excellent customer service (people) skills

-Must be detail oriented and reliable

-Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment

-Must be able to multitask

-Must be willing to communicate, educate patients, and the public daily

-Must have basic knowledge and comfort with computers and technology

- Basic memorization skills

We are looking for a part time employee currently, but eventually will have the opportunity to transition to full time.

Hours will be evening shift, typically 3:00 pm- 8:00 pm

Minimum hours that you will receive is 15-17. You will be working Monday- Thursday with occasional Friday trainings.

If hired, you will have a training schedule into effect first, where you may be expected to work more hours initially to learn all the protocols and procedures of the office. Training can be 4-6 weeks long. This will be a one on one training with the Office Manager or Executive Director.

We have team meetings and trainings on Tuesday mornings from 11:00 am- 1:00 pm. These are mandatory and you must be present.

Starting pay will be $14.00 an hour through the duration of your training period. Post training you will receive a raise if all goals and expectations are met.
