Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Fremont Hospital! The COO will direct assigned departments and participate in the general management of the hospital in close support of the CEO in order that the hospital achieves its operating and clinical objectives. Candidate must be mission driven and lead in accordance with sound management principles, regulatory and accreditation standards and the UHS/Fremont Hospital mission. Position will be responsible for special projects assigned by CEO.
Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care.

Qualifications Education : Master’s degree perferred in management or relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of hospital experience, of inpatient behavioral health experience and expertise in acute care management practices and clinical operations. Experience should include state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements with a working knowledge of operations and financial management and marketing methods.
Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of JCAHO, Medicare, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
