You will lead Front of House restaurant operations while performing cash management, labor management, administrative & customer care duties. Vertical promotion potential to Director. Background Profile:

· One year leadership experience with at least six months restaurant management experience in Front of House

· Flexible availability between 5:30 am and 11:45 pm & at least 45 hours availability per week (Mon-Sat).

· 18 years or older with great communications skills

· Able to give and receive instruction

· Able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for your entire shift

· Able to climb ladders, bend & kneel to perform cleaning & supply stocking

· Able to lift & transport boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
