Oversee OEM (General Motors, Ford, Stellantis, Mercedes & Nissan) chassis inventory management functions at all PVD sites. In addition, this role will support our OE partners & internal departments via consistent collaboration, communication and reporting.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist management with chassis specifications, allocation and ordering
  • Process new chassis allocation uploads and data entry in relevant systems
  • Process daily OEM correspondence – factory invoices, status updates and incentive statements
  • Provide daily, weekly & monthly chassis reporting – vehicle status, delivery, pool to pool transfers, chassis releases and release verification
  • Process daily chassis releases & release verification
  • Process chassis release change orders – dealer code and/or credit & rebill
  • Responsible for monthly inventory reconciliation and/or audit – internal, OEM and floorplan
  • Responsible for manufacturer floorplan physical audits in Alabama and to assist with offsite audits
  • Coordinate with other PVD locations - communication, reporting and data entry
  • Manage offsite chassis inventory – transportation damage, recalls and mechanical repairs
  • Manage OEM and internal Demo Programs
  • Provide regular and ad hoc support to OE partners & internal departments as needed

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects quickly, efficiently and professionally
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Organized and detail oriented

Position Qualifications:
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:
  • Inventory management and/or MRP experience a plus

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Office Environment
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
