Job Description
The Chase Real Estate Design & Construction team sits within the Consumer and Community Bank and is responsible for delivering all capital design and construction onstruction projects for CCB, including new builds and renovations. The Operations and Partner Management team within Chase RE D&C oversees all business process operations for RD&C as well as all partner relationships - both external (JLL, CBRE, Mace) and Internal (GTI, Security, FM, GRE, OCDN).

This team ensures that siloed efforts across JPMC and external partners are in alignment to deliver the Chase branch network in a timely and cost-effective way, while also achieving the broader JPMC goals of leveraging xLoB synergies within an out-sourced principal project management model.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about using data and delivering data driven results within our Design & Construction team in Retail Real Estate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of branch level data, file organization, and project tracking.

In addition to these duties, the Business Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Data Librarian and owner of data for 5k sites, archiving old data in concert with data retention rules
  • Coordination of 2k projects per year with completed 'as-built' floor plans published in the Firms system of record (Tririga)
  • Daily Communication with Service Providers / Architects of Record / Space Management Teams
  • Build and maintain database to capture Branch data points. Produce reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
  • Coordinate best practices for data analysis and collection to deliver value with D&C cost benchmarking teams
  • Ad Hoc data analysis synthesizing project data with design inventory/branch library data points
  • Ad Hoc leadership presentations communicating overall program status and process improvements

Required Skills/Qualifications
  • Strong ability to synthesize insights and develop clear communication materials for senior management with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), and work well in cross-functional teams
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to work with large data sets to present conclusions concisely
  • Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and provide strong documentation
  • Professional maturity and personal integrity, confidence to challenge the status quo and drive change
  • Strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, fact based approach
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and judgement skills
  • High degree of patience for working through multiple iterations of work, dealing with the demands of senior management and varying project subject matter
