About This Position: The Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for general management of the Gift Card redemption program for our Chase Ultimate Rewards® program that supports the Freedom, Sapphire and Ink card products as well as our White Label Partner card products. This position sits within the Rewards & Benefits organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager will have responsibility for the gift card redemption option to grow the utility and value of the rewards currency for the supported Card products. They will work with our external gift card provider and their merchant partners to develop value propositions and new products, while working with our internal partners on the Card Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and an excellent customer experience for customers. This role provides an opportunity to develop general management skills, spanning product development and innovation, digital marketing across consumer and small business customer segments, P&L management, and external partner management. The Manager will also deliver on performance metrics and milestones, and reporting to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of work experience in digital commerce preferred
  • Direct or indirect experience in Marketing and/or Loyalty preferred
