Our key systems include Salesforce Service Cloud (chatbot, live chat, communities), multiple web-based applications and batch programs. We are responsible for supporting and enhancing existing systems and developing technology solutions that support and enhance service and operation divisions in alignment with firm's vision.

What you'll do
As a Certified Salesforce Developer, you will help design, configure, code, test, implement, enhance and support contact center tools, modules and integrations using the leading-edge technologies on Cloud platform. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the team, leaders and product owners and be a lead technical person.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years of development experience on Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities, Einstein Bots, Live Chat, Knowledge, Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Rest and Soap APIs.
  • Current Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II a bonus)
  • Experience with VS Code, Eclipse, GitHub, Spring Boot, Junit, Microservices and AI is a plus.
  • Understanding of Product Teams and Agile methodology and practices.
  • Knowledge of financial service industry is a plus
